Being Sr. Designer for SE#1043679, it requires months of coordination with civil engineers, MEP’s (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) along with under-grounding utilities, designing within the city-requirements, following equipment criteria, managing permit timelines, refining, adjusting etc etc before a construction document set can properly be prepared and city-approved.
