During the summer of 2018, 7-Eleven requested a new, ground-up Convenience Store, Gasoline Canopy which includes housing the Healy tank, locating the underground fueling storage tanks and adding a car-wash to the overall design scope. Construction documents received City-approval in the spring of 2019.

Before construction can begin on the overall Shopping Center Development, 7-Eleven was required to pave the perimeter of the parcel with asphalt to ensure the trucks carrying all materials and equipment would be able to enter the site without obstruction.
